The Louisiana Academy of Performing Arts has been providing the
Greater New Orleans community with only the finest programs in music
education for the past thirty years. The increasing demand
for instruction in the creative and performing arts at our
institution requires talented, motivated, and qualified faculty

We are currently conducting interviews and hiring music teachers for
the Fall 2009 - Spring 2010 school year. Part and Full Time
positions available. Compensation is based on experience and
degree.
Instructors are needed to teach weekly private lessons to students
in the following disciplines:
- Part Time Instructor of Violin - (Covington, Mandeville, &
River Ridge)
- Part Time Instructor of Piano - (River Ridge)
Requirements:
Bachelor of Music Degree or Artist Diploma from an Accredited School
of Music, and a passion for music education.
