As stated in a recent article by columnist Patricia McCormack, Dr. Frank R. Wilson, a prominent San Francisco neurologist, after much research "said his investigations point to a correlation between music study and muscular development, physical coordination,...,the ability to hold up under stress, memory skills and vocal, visual, and aural development."
